1. BEULAH WYLENE⁴ OACHS (WILLIAM³, PETER CHARLES² OCHS, PETER¹) was born 1918 in Mankato, Blue Earth, Minnesota. She married WALTER MCCOMB 21 Jun 1936, son of LINCOLN MCCOMB and CORA MELLER. He was born 24 Mar 1905 in Blue Earth County, Minnesota, and died 07 Nov 1989 in Blue Earth County, Minnesota.

Beulah Wylene Oachs was the seventh child of sixteen children born to William and Minnie (Ward) Oachs. She married Walter McComb on June 23, 1936.

Beulah was a member of the Kato Kids Band. She played the banjo.  The band members helped bring the large family through the depression by performing.

After their marriage, they moved to a farm near Mapleton.  They were blessed with two daughters.

Beulah makes quilts in her spare time.  She has made quilts for every member of her immediate family.
